I wanted to share with you a first person perspective.

"I started Curaytor back in April of 2014 and haven't looked back.
I am a single agent getting ready to start my team and I knew this would be the best option for me. The year of 2014 was not an easy year for me as I was in the hospital 3 times for some health issues and this was my go big or go home moment.
The first 3 months were rough with using the system. Being a single agent and trying to manage this was not an easy task. I let so many leads go to the way side and with all of my health issues, I didn't have the time to manage it the way it needed to be. In a nutshell, there were so many leads coming in, but I didn't know how to manage all of them. The system works! Too good sometimes! :)
In November of 2014 I had another realization that I needed to make some huge changes to my business or just get out! I love what I do and that option didn't seem like the right one. Especially since I never quit! Except for quitting smoking. LOL
I decided that I needed help, but I wasn't prepared to hire my team quite yet. I decided to hire someone who could call my leads when they came in and have that person set the appointments. So my first hire was an Inside Sales Associate. That way I could spend my time prospecting and selling the way it should be. It also freed up so much more time to keep consistent with the other aspects I have to do to be successful in this business.
Fast forward to September 2015 and I have doubled my business since November 2014 and I am about to hire 2 new brokers to join my team. My numbers won't compare to the rest of Curaytor's clients because they mostly have large teams, but my win is a win nonetheless, and I am very happy with my personal goals and results.
I am excited to see what they come up with next and always excited to learn new things.
Curaytor was there for me every step of the way and have been such a huge support of what I have decided to do.
If it wasn't for Curaytor I wouldn't be here today and I wouldn't be hiring two new brokers to join my team in a few weeks! Curaytor has provided me with tools, support, continuing education, and so much more! They also continue to think of new ways to help their clients and keep innovating to ensure we will all be successful. I also love the community of brokers from all over the country who have shared their success stories! That has been a huge help for me to see what others are doing and what is working in other areas.
The systems that they have created help to make this industry seem easy, but there is some things that everyone thinking about hiring Curator must know. You won't become successful overnight. You have to WORK this system just like anything else.
If you aren't prepared to put the work in then don't even bother. Utilize the support that is given to you and embrace the changes that will come when you hire them. Get as much training from them before you launch the new systems.
