I just changed brokerages and I am trying to revamp my listing presentation to a digital (laptop and IPad) presentation. Would anyone be kind enough to share samples of what you are using to kind of kickstart my brain? :)
Things I've wondered about and been too busy to research.....This nebulous thing called "the cloud"..... who is the cloud guru that holds all the data.... and just how secure can the data be in a big puffy thing that blows around all day?
Does anyone here ever wonder what happens to all your data/info you have stored in the cloud? Is it secure? What access might others (including Apple) have to it? I am just starting to dive into Mac (with an Ipad2) and I have a phobia for "big brother" things such as "the cloud"... Your thoughts?
The only way this could happen is to either reduce commission (which theoretically could be viewed by seller as a broker "concession") or come directly from the lender. Either of these must appear on the HUD. However, the original post paints an entirely different way this is going down. I'd be asking a lot of questions and getting a whole posse of folks involved. I don't have a problem losing a listing on an even playing field, but when that field starts getting shifty, I don't tolerate things well,
It's always good practice to shoot at high resolution and edit smaller res shots for whatever purpose off the original. This will ensure that the original shot will serve any purpose with good quality. You should expect to crop and edit if you want to provide service to your client.
