I just changed brokerages and I am trying to revamp my listing presentation to a digital (laptop and IPad) presentation. Would anyone be kind enough to share samples of what you are using to kind of kickstart my brain? :)
Things I've wondered about and been too busy to research.....This nebulous thing called "the cloud"..... who is the cloud guru that holds all the data.... and just how secure can the data be in a big puffy thing that blows around all day?
Ok thank you Bob May here's how I got it to work - 1) Get into MP4 format, 2) Then transfer to Dropbox 3) Download Download lite app (free) for iphone or ipad and copy via link copied to clipboard 4) Open Download lite 5) follow easy directions - paste link in search bar - then click on it to open and down load and save to "Camera Roll" - hooray!! Says it works with any medium ex youtube videos on web, pdfs, etc directions were easy to understand - hope this helps others - my VICTOR video coming - still finalizing
If something specific happens and it is the agent not the instruction of the buyer and we are sure that is the case then perhaps; never in generalities if an offer is presented from the agent and the previous agents supposed bad behavior is also presented with the rest of the offer but has done nothing in this transaction;
There are ways to say things, protect ourselves and our folks, and operate that don't include direct character assassination. And I agree with Michael - the process has no teeth. It's disappointing to see how little the system can work. And there are nuances to everything - but if I wanted to be a cop, constantly, I'd have government supplied health insurance and a pension plan paying me for the rest of my life. I don't want to be a cop. Sometimes we paddle through the rocky waters, doing what we have to do. Hopefully it does not include talking a bunch of crap, directly, about someone else who has a real estate license. But I do think that crap talking is like anything else in life, in general. Like being defensive. Like being inept. Like being a procrastinator. Whatever. There are folks who do it, and folks who are not so into it. In any area of their life. We can say that as a profession we are trying, but we can't regulate stuff like that but so much. People totally bring who they are into whatever they do. A smack talker can't stop.
