Has anyone used someone to refine their Facebook Business Page? I have mine setup ok (I think) and I just need some slight tinkering rather than a whole new setup. Just wondering if anyone had used someone they liked and got good results from? Mine is at www.facebook.com/hardyrealtor ti give you an idea of what I'm working from. Can't wait to get rid of the Zillow links in there!!

I know someone on here was using Contactually in conjunction with Highrise. I am thinking of starting this combo myself this week but am I right in thinking that there is no syncing with Gmail? That's my only concern right now.

I encourage you all to try this out. I posted on my wall and tagged a bunch of old customers the following. Been thinking about this question... "What is the one thing that would really impress you if your Realtor did it for you when selling your home? Glossy brochure? Virtual Tour? Video tour even?" And don't say "sell it". I am talking about at the presentation when they say "I am going to do this..." You might be surprised at what they come back with. Feel free to do it and post your findings here.

Can't find this anywhere but what do people use to write contracts on their tablets? Zip forms or something else? Do you use a PDF editor? Looking for something that is simple to use and not cumbersome.

Signed up for a new website with Revamped Agent and Eric Marke following good feedback on here. Looking forward to moving out of the dark ages with the website that we currently have.
