It's ok... I have an admin that monitors it throughout the day... we've had some luck with it. I like that if someone wants to chat - they can access us immediately rather than just sending an email.

I have it a couple of different ways. I have subdivisions broken down as well as different property types- these are open with no registration. If they want to use the map search it shows one listing then registration is required.
