I'm sure I'm preaching to the crowd with this one: I have had so many conversations in the past few months with prospective buyers who have called on my listings that ended like this: "I really appreciate all the time that you took to answer my questions. Almost every other agent that I call doesn't call back, dot doesn't sound like they want to be bothered...". (the one I talked to today is in the military, has a $85k downpayment, and 800 credit score). Its all about providing value.
Dear real estate brokerage recruiter: If you are going to send me a email with the subject line, "Cutting Edge Tools for Agent Success...", its probably not the best idea to use a 2 year old Blackberry model in the graphic!
I'll re-iterate my thoughts here: Jimmy Mackin, Katie Lance, Chris Smith and Jim Marks would be my ideal speakers, but there would also be panels with real agents telling us how they've implemented the strategies that work for them, plus a consumer panel with real buyers and sellers telling us what they want and need from agents.
