Don't forget, you can change how files display in regular old windows explorer. Open dropbox folder on your PC then at the top right you'll see a little pull-down arrrow for 'more options' and you can select it to display extra-large icons. Try it on the photo folder and you'll see a big preview of each photo.
If you use FTP, you can open up your FTP program, login to your web server and take a peek at all the WP files. The main directory for WP should have either a .htaccess file sitting there or htaccess.txt - It's just a text file that tells the browsers what to do when they start loading your site. If it's got .txt at the end, you can click on that file and rename it to .htaccess That should do the trick, but let us know...

However, be sure to check references and perhaps run them on a trial/test basis and lots and lots of communication on objectives and expectations. the same person can do both..but its 2 different personality types.. buyers caller would be better with a more service orientated, and a seller caller needs to be a hard closer.. if they are just setting appointments depending on your state rules..they might be able to be unlicensed..to get specific or discuss any specifics they might need to be licensed..
Jeff Chalmers - it depends on what you end up using to create your custom tab(s). Some apps, free or not, come with the option to throw in a link that you'll be redirecting to. Others, not so much. I'd opt for finding a tool that comes with that option, unless you feel like digging through code. Also, you will need SSL, as mentioned above, for feeding external data into FB:-)
