Most of my roster is VAs who do transactions and listings, no phones; so I can't offer any referrals. However, be sure to check references and perhaps run them on a trial/test basis and lots and lots of communication on objectives and expectations. There may be some licensed agents in your area that would be open to working on this with you. Good luck!
I'd say a combination of both Dropbox and a networked external drive. You can put what you need to keep forever on the external drive and keep what you need on multiple PCs in Dropbox. If you delete it from Dropbox, you'd still have an archive on the external drive. If you need to access anything on the networked external drive, have it attached to an 'always on' PC and add a free TeamViewer account to remote access that computer. Just my $0.02.
Wayne uses RockMelt primarily, which can be a bit more touchy about syntax than other browsers. Basically, the widgets were there for everyone less Chrome and RockMelt visitors. Cleaning up the IMG syntax ( like adding trailing slashes [..."/>] and removing unnecessary width and height parameters) resolved it. I couldn't tell you why they did work when logged in as an admin, but it's working now. :-)
I'm assuming your class will be filled with social media newbies - Start with FB and WP. Don't mention any other network as it just creates info overload. The socially savvy agents will already be on the other networks and probably won't be in your class.
