Does anyone else use Google Voice and has problems calling out from the GV app and dialer? When I use their dialer from my iPhone, it calls somewhere else, completely different from what I dialed and it also doesn't show up in the call log
help! I use Gmail, I made a folder for a client and saved all the emails. I now want to put an opened copy of those emails on a CD but can't figure out how to copy to a CD. I have Print All for google but don't want to print 1117 pages.......so what are my options?
Dean Ouellette, I think Zillow is hit or miss. I have both Trulia and Zillow and have closed quite a few deals off both, but most from Trulia. The true buyers seem to be coming from Trulia, while I get leads for mobile homes from Zillow :-( In fact, quite a few "leads" from Zillow are from people that clicked and didn't mean to, already have agents, don't want to be bothered, just send them the info. I have email, app and telephone connections for both and make sure I contact them by all means within 5 minutes if possible.
I went to check out a new development for my overseas client (who unknown to me had already been there, told them he had an agent, and was told just to fill out this one small little card for them but they knew he was working with an agent), asked about getting him registered and was told he already was. I asked for more details and was then told "tough luck, he registered with us, so you are entitled to nothing". I talked to my client, who was very dismayed, called them up to really raise a stink, and then told them he was no longer interested in their over $1 mil home - oh well! I do love some of my clients!
We see this ALL the time , unfortunately, in Calif. I call the agent/seller to set up showing then I hit the violation button in our MLS. I also explaiin to the buyer that when the deal is set up this way from the start it will be a "longshot" and a problem transaction if they are even able to get that far. Keep your buyer ultra informed.
