help! I use Gmail, I made a folder for a client and saved all the emails. I now want to put an opened copy of those emails on a CD but can't figure out how to copy to a CD. I have Print All for google but don't want to print 1117 pages.......so what are my options?
Lorri, I had my Ipad open when I read this. ok, from the front screen, do a Search, property type - now in that screen you can scroll down and you will find Single Family Residential Lease, All - Residential lease, etc. Call me if you can't find it
I use it two ways - it's now called Matrix here. I have specific search criteria entered for my clients and I set it to email out ASAP when a new listing comes on the market. I also have a few clients that are so specific, and those items are too fine to have a category for them - these are emailed to me for review first. I like that they don't feel they are "bothering (their words) me about a listing they may have seen elsewhere and I can keep track of what they saw and when they saw it and if they liked it. I also like it when I get asked about a home they saw on another website but it was not sen to them from me. Well, it's because it was already on backup or in one case, sold back in 2002!
Great stuff, Cyndi. There is no question that this is the future of real estate. Monster time savings and efficiencies result when leveraging all this amazing technology we now have available to us...
That's been my thinking as well Lisa and Cyndi Mino. The other thought I have too is...If it's tied into my blog maybe they stick around and do some research as well, which I think could build my credibility as an agent.
