Use the Facebook Comments plugin and if you get the thing set up right in Facebook (Gears?) it will. I did it on deltabohemian.com but forgot how. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/facebook-comments-for-wordpress/
Problem I see is that the 3 main clickables above the fold go to details pages and no other navigation from them. With registrations cut on (as they should be), the registration pops up immediately. Bounce.
You have to host your own WP to be able to use plugins. You can get an account with Dreamhost or another provider and do a quick WP install. You might get in over your head, but if you have some skills once it is set up it is just like running the other WP.
1) I'm not an SEO expert. I've dabbled for seven years or so, had some success, had many more failures. Know enough to be dangerous, but hardly an expert. 2) If real estate agents are your target, I'd be all over Active Rain 3) I have FB Graph search. Will it replace Google for search? Hardly. 4) will social signals gain strength in the future? Probably. 5) Will backlinks ever stop mattering? Probably not. 6) What will Google be like in 10 years? I have no idea what it'll be like next month, much less 10 years from now. So I don't worry about what G might do in the future. Write original content for your readers, Google will ALWAYS like that.
