I am really torn about a new CRM system. I am looking between Wise Agent and Moresolds premium. I have searched all the previous posts and yet still confused between the two - is Wise Agent worth the extra money? They both seem to do the exact same thing. I am testing each with their trial versions now, but any final insight from the group would be helpful.
I am thinking about switching my main website. I previously used Ihouse's basic site and it did ok, not a lot of features but the basics were good. I then switched to Webagent Solutions mainly due to their landing pages. Their system seemed hard to learn and now they are having trouble with the email. Are there any other good sites that have good landing pages with ways to capture contact information?
Has anyone signed up for the agent referral program with Neighborcity.com. I know their information is outdated and not accurate, but do you get an decent referrals? I do like that they don't charge for leads until you close and then it is 30%. I don't like that they want access to the closing company information.
Rick Cavallaro It's hard to tell because I just signed up to moresolds like 3 days ago. So I still can't say for sure what I'm thinking because I'm still getting used to it. But I think that there's a very good chance that I'm going to choose Moresolds because it does the same thing as the other two and it's free. Realtyjuggler is the one with more details but it's not user friendly at all. I think that Wise agent is very nice but too expensive compared with moresolds which does pretty much the same thing. You should sign up to Moresolds and see for yourself, it's free so you have nothing to lose. :)
