Docusign Question: When the signatures were complete, the email used to have a way to download the PDF without logging on to the site. Now it doesnt. Anyone know why or how to fix this?

Looking for an audio source for youtube videos. iMovie comes with some great stock audio, Adobe Premiere doesnt and Im working on the laptop.

gotcha. I wasnt sure the differences, so I went with Premiere Pro CS6. Its pretty good, I have some learning to do tho.

I told you I was done there and havent commented since, now your here harassing me. Your creeping me out, the only thing left to do is block you so I dont have to read any more of the ridiculous crap you throw out in every thread in the group.

I dont mean script your clients answers, I mean script what your going to ask them, and prepare them for the questions. Otherwise you'll be stumbling over your own feet on video and unless your a pro when it comes to video editing, you dont want that. :)

I hate it when I call an agent and the voice mail is just the generic on that repeats the number you called. I want to KNOW I have reached that agent. Mine says this is Janet Bidwell with Douglas Elliman Real Estate. The other thing I hate is listening to long messages.

I would echo Inna's comment somehere in this thread that focusing on the consumer's experience is the key. I have DS' IDX and disabled mobile for two reasons: 1. you completely loose control of the visitor when they go to mobile, and 2. mobile does not respect links defined in dsSearchAgent (if a visitor clicks a link 'homes for sale x neighborhood', they are taken to a wide-open mls search). IMO, the real utility of phone-based solutions is for drive-around functionality. I believe my site performs well on PCs and tablets, but I don't pretend to compete with R.com, zillow, Redfin, etc on a phone. I'm not sure that any of us can.

I guess I would have to ask why is it strange for a BA to be quiet? I find it funny to see agents pointing at bathrooms and closets when it's obvious what it is. When showing a house isn't it a time for a BA to listen to what the clients think?
