For everyone in this group who believes IDX is dead and Z/T/R is where its at, I want to say a big THANK YOU. Now, will you please email blast all the agents in my area and let them know, so hopefully they will follow suit? Thanks, I know I can count on you guys!
Joe Winpisinger, you are so full of yourself that you really believe this topic has something to do with you and the conversation you were trying to have with me in another thread? I told you I was done there and havent commented since, now your here harassing me. Your creeping me out, the only thing left to do is block you so I dont have to read any more of the ridiculous crap you throw out in every thread in the group.
I dont mean script your clients answers, I mean script what your going to ask them, and prepare them for the questions. Otherwise you'll be stumbling over your own feet on video and unless your a pro when it comes to video editing, you dont want that. :)
I would echo Inna's comment somehere in this thread that focusing on the consumer's experience is the key. I have DS' IDX and disabled mobile for two reasons: 1. you completely loose control of the visitor when they go to mobile, and 2. mobile does not respect links defined in dsSearchAgent (if a visitor clicks a link 'homes for sale x neighborhood', they are taken to a wide-open mls search). IMO, the real utility of phone-based solutions is for drive-around functionality. I believe my site performs well on PCs and tablets, but I don't pretend to compete with R.com, zillow, Redfin, etc on a phone. I'm not sure that any of us can.
I guess I would have to ask why is it strange for a BA to be quiet? I find it funny to see agents pointing at bathrooms and closets when it's obvious what it is. When showing a house isn't it a time for a BA to listen to what the clients think?
