I'll say this, and it's the last I'll say before I file this under "things I wish I'd never posted"...
There are degrees here Linden. Posting the occasional status update about what you spend half your life doing probably isn't against the spirit of the TOS. Posting nothing but listings probably is.
Mark Zuckerberg' current status update is a picture of his desk. He talks about Facebook on his personal page. Because FB is a large part of his personal life.
Posting listing after listing after listing isn't the same as an occasional status update or link to a blog post.
Yeah, I guess technically FB could shut down a profile that mentions one word about employment, but I just can't see that happening.
TOS isn't as black and white as it seems it might be. But I have to believe that creating software specifically designed to bend the rules, switching IP addresses, masking domains etc clearly (IMO) violates CraigsList TOS. Your mileage may vary.
