During the showings and home tours that I will setup for your home, I will be surveying the agents with multiple questions, one of them being "did you find the price to be commensurate with the fair market value of the home?" After 30 days, I'd like to sit down with you again and go over all the feedback. IF at that time, we have no offers and the feedback is stating that we are priced too high and out of the market, I'd like to know that you'll be open at that time to reduce the price. If your in agreement, i've drawn up the the listing paperwork here on my iPad and i'll enter in the $550k price, go ahead and sign here and I'll move forward on the checklist of items I presented in my listing presentation.
