I use SugarSync, which allows you to sync across multiple platforms and folders... it isn't at all linear like dropbox, which is what works better for me.

The only solution I can think of would be to write a parser that hits your gmail sent folder via imap... from there you could pull each mail recipient into a database and check against duplicates... probably not the answer you were looking for, but it is a viable solution :)
