If you do not have the code of ethics engraved on your own heart, just to read the Code of Ethics and pic and choose whatever makes u comfortable as an agent or person, then I will say the Code of Ethics is not enough...Just my two cents at 5AM in the morning :). Love this group Michael McClure. Glad that I discovered it and you approved my request to join in.
Return it to the originating agent and also be ready with a few referrals for agents in your area, that based on your client observation my click with on of these agents. Send a thank you note explaining to the client why u think that a business transaction between two of you will not work. My two cents at 6AM in the morning. By the way Michael McClure I think that this is one of the most amazing group when it comes to conversations that lead to a teaching and learning experience that is enhancing my skills. So, THANK YOU!
Hi Michael: awesome Question this morning. Traveling, will write back later. I always plan my new year starting in October. I have a 3 Parts Plan: People, Places, Products --for my Goals to Reach, a 3D Version for Vision, Volunteering, Volume and 3G for Grow, Give and Group. A 4R for Relationship, Read, Resolutions. Thank u, MindyRobbins for great links. Have a great Sunday everyone!
Safety is a huge concern. Just last week I was uncomfortable on a showing so I texted the license plate to a coworker just in case. We have a system in the office but there is no 100% way to fully protect yourself. Staying mindful if your situation and always letting someone know where you are going is a must.
Having a COde and enforcing it are two completely different things. Forcing ethics on someone is like trying to teach them common sense. Those without ethics should be forced out of the business. Their behavior gives all of us a bad name & makes our difficult jobs much harder.
