Looking for suggestions... Google Drive or Dropbox? Currently using both in free mode but need to upgrade so I can follow my 2013 business plan. Goal is to share some folders and have cloud backup for large photo/video/closed file in multiple folders - 200gb will be needed. Some files need to be encrypted. Daily use of MacBook Pro, iPhone5, Galaxy S3, iPad Appears that google drive is half the price of DropBox...why? Please share your pos/neg on both.
Our state association pays for basic use of Transaction Desk for members. I pay $59 for an upgrade which allows me to send and receive faxes and also stores pdf files in the cloud called DocBox. The inbound fax requires a specific cover sheet with a bar code that files the inbound fax in my account. PROBLEM - if the person sending doesn't use the specific cover sheet, your fax never arrives. I do not use the Authentisign product at this point. All in all, I like the product and will continue to pay $59 per year which is a discount from their standard $189 price. Generally, we are offered the $59 special twice per year.
I'm taking that you are the admin to the site...and own it. I suggest paying the new host to transition it for you. http://websynthesis.com/ is a great host - a bit more expensive than godaddy, fatcow and others but speed and service is worth the extra money. Also, their cost to transition the site is very reasonable.
Having worked for folks in pre foreclosure status, mail to them if the desired result is being cussed while trashing the mailer. Most are hanging on by a thread and don't want your assistance. They aren't crazy...they have a plan and if you were part of it...they'd have called. Their plan is generally flawed but that doesn't mean it will not work. There are better ways to stand out. Realty Trac is where most investors go...so if you want investors who want every minute of your time and then talk bad about you because you don't return their calls...this is the correct avenue to make your phone ring with folks wanting you to find them $30,000 properties. I cannot afford to work that hard for commission on $30k.
