Wise Agent has come a long way and is a great choice. TP is getting there now that after all this time they are finally MAC friendly, finally! I would take a serious look at Wise Agent before you make any final decisions.

I think Wise Agent is a great program. However, and not to complicate your search Rick, but have you considered Follow Up Boss or Realty Juggler?
