I have received 33 listing leads since Wednesday all thanks to Matt Wagner with RATE - Radio and Television Experts. I'm a little overwhelmed right now but I felt I had to take the time out to thank him publicly and to share with you all my experience. I've spent months debating whether or not I should pull the trigger, radio in my market is expensive, I'm actually paying the most money per spot of all his clients and that was the only reason I hesitated. Wednesday my first ad aired, I received 8 listing calls and 2 seller leads on my site. Yesterday was 6 calls and 3 web leads, and today alone I received 14 phone calls from home owners who want to sell! The craziest part is because of the celebrity endorsement Matt negotiated for me, most of the calls coming in are come list me calls - no questions asked just when can you come over. I am so happy that I took the leap of faith and joined his list of elite clients because I know that as of this week my life will never be the same. Matt had a thread on here a few months ago where he was naming markets that he still has available, if you're reading this and he's not contracted by another agent in your market, you would be crazy not to call him. I've attached a small snapshot of my caller id from this morning to give you an idea of the volume of calls we are getting, I deleted the names and numbers of course but you can see the source of the call. The bottom line is if you want to become a listing machine the absolute fastest way to get there is with the help of RATE. My family and I are forever grateful for what you have done for us so far and I'm looking forward to 2013 being the best year of my career.
