I am interested in a virtual phone system like Grasshopper ( Only brand I know ) what other companies should I look at? Why? What features do you use? What is just sales fluff? How is the service? Price? etc. -- Consider myself extremely tech savvy, but have absolutely zero experience in this realm. All input is encouraged including from vendors in this vertical. Thanks.
Resistance is futile. Prepare to be assimilated. I think the only way to save your privacy is to go back to paper and not put it online. Unless you own every last bit of fiber/copper that your data will transmit on, then someone out there could be giving that info to NAS. You could encrypt everything before uploading it maybe, but that might just cause you to get more scrutiny.
I guess I'm interested in options. Routing for calls into the brokerage and out to the agents and voice mail is probably the minimum. Also interested in having additional numbers to use for tracking sign calls, web calls, print calls, etc. I'm a geek that wants to know every piece of data I can possibly get. All automated.
