That's my preferred set up, however, I changed to Google apps with Outlook sync connector. I was having too many problems finding a reliable hosted Exchange provider.
There is something "unfair" about us agents/brokers supplying the content to listing aggregators free of charge and then one, they receive ad and subscription revenue, and two, they want to sell OUR leads back to us. Our content, our work, and then they want us to pay for it? That's why there is some underwear-bunching regarding the sites.

i was an accountant in a former life, and now a KW agent. Code Section 61 of the IRC basically states that you book all of the income first (i.e., "from whatever source derived"). Then you'd expense the other $6K to your agent w/ 1099 or W-2. This assumes you receive the full $12K upfront, though. Not certain how you have your business set up. Just don't double-count the expense if you never receive the full $12K upfront...make sense?
