I can tell you that I don't always put my listings and sales into the MLS, then being licensed in several states, you cannot compile all of my stats together unless you have access to those 3 area boards. So for the average agent who does not have access to broker metric software, you just have to take what these agents say to be true...I always try to find the good in everyone first...but granted, that is becoming harder and harder to do these days!
thats an aggregator for you.... I would use it as a way to show how more knowledgeable the agent is than Trulia. That the agent is "in the know" .... Trulia outdated etc etc etc. Maybe client needs to be shown that Trulia is a waste of time for them too.
