Growing up in a real estate & development family, and working both corporate & consulting. I am still surprised that the commission structure hasn't got pushed by a fee for services & marketing plan. It is an investment to market, negotiate & close, especially on the high end. The approach of no expense to client until/unless sold/closed is perplexing.
should I tell Obama. Sorry Mr. Obama...couldn't do my taxes.... Jimmy Mackin said I need to do video NOW.....so therefore, my man, my taxes will be in when I become a guru as per Jimmy in video. Thank you Mr. President.
For major corporations, job descriptions will need to be outcome based not duties based to have accountability. Managers think people have to be under their watch to ensure they are doing their "job ".....leaders are focused on outcomes; growth, results, measurable productivity. Even in our small company We write our job descriptions on outcomes, however, the synergy and culture of our company comes from being in an office.....our clients say they love our office too and that it doesn't feel like a typical real estate office. Technology allows our agents to be more productive in the field but the human interaction feeds their internal need for connection.
