Bill Kilpatrick Tiger leads is a great system. We used it for a long time before making the switch to Boomtown. Tiger is definitely in the top 3 best systems in the industry right now, Boomtown being number one in my opinion.
I really don't have issues releasing our numbers, which we're trying to improve this year by investing a bit more money into different avenues, however I don't really pretend to be a guru or give tons of advice so it doesn't really matter. All I know is what works for my partner and I. Our GCI last year was about 280K, less than 20% of that went into overhead and marketing. Almost every lead was generated off my Wordpress blog, which costs me $10 per month to host and the rest were from referrals. We both work from home, no office expenses, no PPC campaigns, we don't really ever work weekends, never sell short sales and only work with cash buyers. I'm more than happy with what we've got going on and could care less if we ever did more than this but because we're expanding we have to invest more money. You have to remember too that we work in a specialized niche and the sales commissions are higher. If we were only making 3% on everything we would doing half that. One thing I do is spend a lot of time and effort into building a very large email list and constantly sending out new inventory mailings. Our system is kind of set up like an internet marketing sales system on for real estate. All I know is it works and I plan to keep building off of it this year.
