This is my first post even though I've been part of this Group since the beginning. I must applaud Jonathan Dalton for beating me to the punch. Thank you for being so bold to state the obvious. I've always been a believer, in this my 40th year in the industry, that RTB begins at home with me, myself, and I. If I take care of my clients in the manner that is at the highest level possible then all else will follow. By keeping myself educated at higher levels than any other agent in my market area, knowing the laws of my County and State, highly participating in the State Realtor® Association, and keeping abreast of what's being accomplished at NAR is the manner by which I accomplish this goal. The best part of this is that my Clients know it and pass the word along!! Happy Holidays Everyone!
