An emphatic yes. Social allows us to stay "in tune", learn, engage, inform and have micro touches with your sphere which strengthens the relationship. I often receive a response quicker from FB messages than phone, email or text.

We are releasing Real Estate's 1st PRM (People Relationship Manager) to do just that. This is not the place for me to pitch our our product...just the mindset. Listening vs Shouting is not only more authentic and the only sustainable approach to small business - it's better for the industry.
