How about customizing the searches for clients? Is there any advanced search options in boomtown or tiger leads? I find once I've talked with the client and they tell me anything more specific I have to take them off the listing alert in ML and put them in a mlx search so I can custom it to fit them which kind of defeats the purpose. Things like lower maintenance fees, hi rise only, near transit, freehold only, with den etc
Real estate Webmasters only offers their services through a rets data feed in az so it's super expensive. I'm not sure if things are different in other mls areas. With a rets data feed, all of the info comes raw from mls so the searches can be FULLY customized to anything that mls offers. With idx, you only get basic info. Tiger leads and boomtown both use rets data feeds so info can be customized however you want. Market leader uses idx so limited info is available. I choose all of they search options that I want for both boomtown and TigerLead and they haven't said no yet to any of my many requests. . :)

Jimmy At least according to their FAQ it's the same answer that MLSs gave before... "Use an emulator" if they have some new plans that's great - but it's sad that we are still in a world where you cant use some software based upon what your computing preference is.
