Gwen: And I will still admit publicly that the BB keyboard was AMAZING. I still miss THAT. But keeping the device because it's only virtue is an amazing keyboard is like buying a car because you like the gearshift knob. There are SO MANY OTHER factors that are so much more important.

I just know that - IMHO, for ME - Apple creates the best products on earth (not just in the tech category, in ANY category). I spent DECADES living in the dark and dreary drudgery of the "land of the PC."
I escaped to the clarity, genius, beauty, seamless design and outrageous ease of use of Apple 3.5 years ago and all I can say is that I am KICKING MYSELF for not making the switch in 1985 when I really wanted to, but I let myself be talked out of it.
Apple and BMW are the ONLY brands I know that evoke a truly emotional response from me, as evidenced by what I'm writing here. There's a REASON people like me are so fanatical about Apple. Every time I go to ANY Apple store in America, it's packed. Every. Freaking. Time. Early in the morning. Just before closing. During the holidays. In the middle of summer. It doesn't matter.
All that being said, that video IS funny and VERY accurate. I'm not so jaded that I cannot laugh at "us." But that doesn't diminish my love for the brand one iota. :)
