I took back my MBPro and got the new one. Love it! While there one of the geeks told me a way to access IE which is the only browser for my MLS. I downloaded it and it works amazing, now I can do my CMA's on the Mac side without downloading Windows. 14 day trial and no credit card, but I bought it asap. http://www.codeweavers.com/products/#cxmac
I have a question, I got a new MacBook Pro and upgraded my 3 year old one. Then a few days later Apple comes out with a new one, should I take mine back and switch, I have a few days left to do it? The new one is smaller, but huge megapixals, no CD thingy. I can't decide...so wanted your opinions???
If someone has already asked this, just point me to answer. My Fb, is messed up, when I try to click on Messages, it says not found. Also on Updates. Anyone else experiencing this, been going on since Friday?
Most folks on facebook, haven't even bothered to put in their right email address. I tried that when I was sending out thank you notes for something. Ridiculous if you are in business. Who uses the @facebook.com email ?
My market is really hot right now! 20-30 offers on every listing. If you have a buyer interested in a property, you better write asap. What's here today is gone tomorrow! Traditional Sellers don't want that many people going thru their house, so if they get a good offer they take them.
Section 8 is not something that is declared in advance. A rented property may have a section 8 tenant today and a regular paying tenant tomorrow, or vice-versa. Landlords are not required to accept a section 8 tenants They can screen their tenants whether they're section 8 or not. Local housing authorities provide very little benefit or support to a landlord until a section 8 tenant is being considered by the landlord.
