Can anyone here refer an agent in/near canmer KY?

Is there anywhere within this group or the web that I could find a helpful primer on using google voice as a realtor? I want to get going but would love some tried and true tips first. This thought was spurred on by the late night texting chain that popped up here.

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether to call your past client's write-up about you a Testimonial or a Review, and why? Curious what others think on this topic or if I'm dithering over something completely unimportant as I update my website.

Has Docusign changed the way and/or amount of time that you spend going over an offer with your client? Obviously this Q does not apply to states where attorneys write the contracts.

Michael: See my last comment. I absolutely agree that there ARE legitimate situations in which pocket listings make sense. I just think those situations happen to be quite rare, and I find it interesting that pocket listings seem to be exploding nationally. I question WHY that's happening. Did sellers suddenly become super concerned about privacy? Or are agents suggesting it more often? And, if they area, why are they? I'll let you answer that one for yourself... ;)
