Is there anywhere within this group or the web that I could find a helpful primer on using google voice as a realtor? I want to get going but would love some tried and true tips first. This thought was spurred on by the late night texting chain that popped up here.
Does anyone have any thoughts on whether to call your past client's write-up about you a Testimonial or a Review, and why? Curious what others think on this topic or if I'm dithering over something completely unimportant as I update my website.
Tina I think there are opportunities for different comp models. I think there is a role that I'm calling a junior associate. Fully licensed, they come on under a lead agent's number and first perform licensed assistant type duties..not admin, but taking stuff to clients, working on reports, broker opens, and showing. They pull their sphere into the team. The junior is payed an hourly wage and bonus. Every six months the scale switches from only hourly to 100% commission, probably over 24 months. Then the person becomes a senior associate who gets to do listings and their own buyers, but relies on the team marketing. If they last 3 years, they can be made a junior partner and then maybe senior. I laid this out Michael....several of us you know well will be implementing it in our own groups. Lord, I hope I'm right on this.
