Is there anywhere within this group or the web that I could find a helpful primer on using google voice as a realtor? I want to get going but would love some tried and true tips first. This thought was spurred on by the late night texting chain that popped up here.
Does anyone have any thoughts on whether to call your past client's write-up about you a Testimonial or a Review, and why? Curious what others think on this topic or if I'm dithering over something completely unimportant as I update my website.
Leslie: Hall of Fame comment there. And to add on to that, the weeding out process was SUPER INTENSE. Most people didn't make it past two years. By the time we were turned loose on actual clients, we were READY. In real estate? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLZ Oh, and almost no one gets weeded out in real estate.
There is a phone app called Call Control. I think the non-advertising version is a one time fee of like $2.99 or something. I have it for Blackberry but it's available for all phones. In a quick summary, it will change your life. If you get a call you don't want, simply after ending the call add that number to your "Black List" and that number can never ring through again OR go to voicemail. Like a video game, it is blown up. Quietly. You will hear no rings and their call is disconnected.
