The relationship between the realtor and their web guy or web lady. I think that relationship is crucial. It cant be just another vendor, but a website partner is necessary to really make the web work wonders for your real estate business.

one of my clients got a letter like this - we always buy images from istock, but the client had two specific images they wanted on the site - we didnt realize they just took them from the web - they got a letter recently - we remove dthe images immediately and i adivsed them to send a letter back from a lawyer - stating how they removed the imges and they didnt get monetary gain from them - well see what happens next - any advice you have is appreciated.

One of the good parts about being old, is that at the end of the Inman sessions, I could enjoy a nice dinner with friends and then go back to my room to create a plan to implement some of the things I learned. Back in the day of the Star Power Conferences, small groups would gather around the hotel couches or in their rooms in a quiet atmosphere to discuss what they thought was the best ideas of the day. I would always come home with a written action plan.
