I wouldn't. Stats from Google say that only 50% of consumers even have a smart phone. And of that group, I'd bet at least 40-50% of those people even know what they are and how to do them. So, I think you would be alienating a large group of potential leads running an ad with JUST QR codes. Even if it is a young tech crowd I don't know I'd run it with just QR codes.
I'm trying my best to keep my distance from this.
