I just wasted money on it. Maybe I did not get the right person. I spent 780/ for part time for one month and I felt unless they are trained on the softwares you are using, there is way too much time wasted teaching them.
If you really want a good conversation about the role of the listing agent, you need to talk about preparing a house to be "buyable", listing syndication, managing the on-line presence of a listing across 100s or 1000s of websites, visual presentation of the listing from the first photo to the final walk-through, pricing against the competition today (and tomorrow), negotiating not just price but a complete selling proposition, and then finally, transaction management. The role of the listing agent is growing in importance, not shrinking.
