Good question, Daniel. Looking at trends in the market may show pricing above the "market price" to be the best option. Another option: What if you told buyer agents that you are accepting offers through a specific day, maybe 5-7 days, could that bring the best offer?

Evernote is an exceptional platform. I email out of it a lot but don't share notes or notebooks. I just don't know a lot of people using it. Everyone seems to have it downloaded just not using it.

I like reading reports, NAR, trend analyses, local commerce information, etc.

Gina: I agree. I use the hangouts all the time. But I consider them completely separate and distinct from G+ itself...

I have never heard of that rule and I've been in the business for over 20 years. The reality is you don't sell the home from a buyer who walk into your open house on either a Sunday or Saturday. In fact I think I've sold 2 homes from an open house in all my years in the business. As a professional you need to know your inventory around your open house and discuss the pros & cons of each home in comparison to the home you are sitting on. Very often when a buyer walks into an open house it is not the right home for them. Then it's free to discuss other homes.

I'm not commenting on this. I was lucky enough to be able to throw myself full-time into this profession because my husband had a good, stead job and could support me. I see that as a tremendous advantage that not everybody has.
