I have many clients that use REDX and it is effective for them. There are anomolies based on market and the MLS sharing data. There is a work arond for that. You mention that you have signed up recently. I do not know the exact time frame but I would assume fairly short. In working the expireds and FSBO's you have to build a lead pipeline, especially this time of year. There will be a series of ratios that you will need to gather as Frances quoted for her. I can tell you I wish REDX had been around when I was listing 80-90 expireds a year. We had to do all the research by directories, title companies and shoe leather. Few people on the no call list then.
I think before you try to win the battle you need to look at winning the war. The war will be.won based on motivation. I would go back in and probe for that. What's their deadline What's driving the deadline What's plan B if your plan A does not work? On a scale of 1 to 10 where is your desire to sell. I need to know desire, motivation and pain points to work them into reality, know I can get price reduction in a reasonable time.
