What suggestions do you have for a great virtual tour product?

This isn't a tech question but I was hoping to get an answer if anyone knows. What does NAR suggest is the tipping point between a buyer's market and seller's market?

I know this isn't a real "tech" question but I was wondering if anyone can share of great in-office listing contest.

Looking for some advise: - I'd like to email my newly listed properties to my client and encourage them to send it to their email contacts. Along with the promotion that they would doing for their own listing it would also promote my business. Is anyone using a product that offers an impressive email display for listings that might work for this? Thanks!!

According to the TMO Report, the best thing to watch is % of pending sales. Anything over 20% is considered the tipping point to being a sellers market.

A 6 month supply of inventory is usually considered a balanced market.

Jamie - Be careful with those terms - like so much else in our business they oversimplify and tend to lead to mistakes on the part of consumers and their agents.

Dustin Holindrake - with the exception of a distressed market where a majority of those pendings may be short sales clogging up the system.
