I know this comes up from time to time but I know there always new ideas. Favorite apps and mobile programs to keep you productive ? I like expensify, genius scan, pdf expert, Evernote of course, waze, box, pic monkey..... Any that you like that helps you on a daily basis in your business? Anything new and useful?For those of you on Yelp. A warning. Locally it was discovered that some horrific images (child related, I can't even say it) were posted on the Yelp pages of various businesses. It's the weekend. These images are still up. Law enforcement involved, but be very careful as Yelp apparently has NO control over what images are posted on YOUR business profile. Check your profiles often! Even when I post images to a new listing on the Z site they call me with a special code to enter.
I just wanted to remind folks of something. We talk a lot about our sites, and lead generation, and clients and what they want to see in a site, IDX, lead capture, etc. But in the last 2 months I've received 8 AGENT referrals from around the country who all found me online. For buyers and sellers. So I found it is important to be clear what areas you serve, and demonstrate your value as a full time, experienced professional. That is all :) I think all are going to buy or sell in the next 2 months, and for me, that's 4+ million in business right there.
I have someone who wants to redesign their site. They're not in the real estate industry. (Retail type local shop). Is there anyone you know that's great at "non-real estate" work too? TIA
Does anyone have a hard time with their iPhone combining contacts that shouldn't be combined. I have two friends w/ similar names (but not same) Callaghan and Callahan and they are combined! Ugh. Same with my brother and dad with same name. How do I keep it from combining people? Maybe just unsync w/ facebook?
