I've been part of a community "thing" whereas we invite the community to write on a website. We want all their responses to be visible to all so the responses grow and are easily read. A blog... the comment section isn't exactly what I"m looking for. Can you think of any thing else that would allow community input which would be visible to all?
To those that use docusign on their ipad/iphone... isn't there a way that it can use your docusign address book to look up your client names/emails? I was trying it out on my phone the other day (my ipad has been lost to my teenager) and when I ask it to look up a name, it only goes to my mobile phone address book.
I know this comes up from time to time but I know there always new ideas. Favorite apps and mobile programs to keep you productive ? I like expensify, genius scan, pdf expert, Evernote of course, waze, box, pic monkey..... Any that you like that helps you on a daily basis in your business? Anything new and useful?
Yah, best case when you reboot be sure you are rebooting router too and the modem if you have cable etc . Worst case as Loren said , try replacing the router or call your provider for troubleshooting on their modem .
It keeps me SOOOO productive on the road that it's one of those "I"m not sure how I lived with out it" sorts of things. But everyone is different. The ability to create contract docs on zipforms, have them reviewed and signed on the spot is priceless. Working with PDF's and other docs. Managing mail, money and documents... it does everything I need it to do.
Dan Connolly, I know how you feel. It happens all the time with incomplete or erroneous information. My "railing" is only a note that no matter how careful I am to put every detail I can in, people still call and ask the same question that is answered in the MLS remarks. I'm not talking about if I leave incomplete info, or fail to put a lockbox on, or if someone is checking status. I am always respectful, even to the people who didn't get a chance to read the remarks. You don't stay respected in this business very long if you're rude, condescending or unprofessional.
Melanie, most of us aren't in the same market and hopefully your listing preso isn't the only thing that differentiates you from your competition. I happily teach LOCAL agents in my market exactly what I do with no worries. Reality is most won't do those things anyway.
