I've been part of a community "thing" whereas we invite the community to write on a website. We want all their responses to be visible to all so the responses grow and are easily read. A blog... the comment section isn't exactly what I"m looking for. Can you think of any thing else that would allow community input which would be visible to all?
To those that use docusign on their ipad/iphone... isn't there a way that it can use your docusign address book to look up your client names/emails? I was trying it out on my phone the other day (my ipad has been lost to my teenager) and when I ask it to look up a name, it only goes to my mobile phone address book.
I know this comes up from time to time but I know there always new ideas. Favorite apps and mobile programs to keep you productive ? I like expensify, genius scan, pdf expert, Evernote of course, waze, box, pic monkey..... Any that you like that helps you on a daily basis in your business? Anything new and useful?
I'm curious. So a real estate agent uses puffery and other flowery language, but did the buyer not visit the house? How could one sue? Did someone buy site unseen based PURELY on the description? There are jokes made about the language real estate uses, I just get frustrated at all the stories of people suing for this , or for that, people have a great deal of responsibility to themselves, don't they? Shouldn't they?
I have been looking at Trello for a while... I may have to try it out. Seems a "project" could be "Sellers" and then each note could be the individuals? Trying to work it through ... thanks all. Great ideas.
The other thing about Carbonite is that, with premium service, they will mail you a copy of your files for loading. If you have do download any sizable amount of data, it can take several days or more, so having this alternative was important to me. I use Dropbox too, but would never consider it a full backup solution.
Showing the ability to pay more also shows the ability to walk away from the subject property..its demonstrates the buyer has other options. Give me an over qualified buyer and I will get your client to the front of the line. And per chance there is no line, well, that is the market telling the Seller they are overpriced and neither this buyer's ability nor any other's buyers ability can change the dictation of the market.
