One would think when this happens OVER AND OVER AND OVER that banks/asset managers would begin to question the value the listing agent is placing on properties for the "quick sale" instead of anything close to true market value and further question if that listing agent knows how to do a CMA or BPO. (just shaking head because it happens with this agent all the time)
anyone know how to change the setting on FB to not allow people to "follow" or "unfollow" posts? I commented yesterday and then I was now abel to unfollow the post and got a danged notification everytime time anyone commented. I couldn't stop it. it was horrible.
anyone had an issue with a droid SD card just unseating itself and not reading on and off? I'm hoping my phone will make it another couple of months so I can decide between another droid and the new iphone. My "upgrade" isn't until late October.
You can't fake "caring"...demonstrate your "caring' with what you say (be bold about stating it) and then demonstrate it with your actions (you know what they say about "actions speak louder than words"). You are what you do!
Personally, I've never understood all the outrage over listings appearing on other sites — IDX or otherwise. The purpose of getting listings is to sell them. I don't like non-IDX listings because of the issues that Tammy mentions. But consumers don't care whose listing it is. 90+% are searching the Internet on the Big Three, and the rest are splintered among the zillion other sites. I am trying to focus my time on getting more listings, not worrying about who sells the ones we already have.
Honestly, I wouldn't want to COMPETE with the big boys. I see more value in the appearance/reality of small, local, personal. The bigger you get, The more mechanical it becomes, the more more bad agents you become affiliated with.
