Leslie - it is different men vs women even without tattoos (whole other subject). I was 18 my first tattoo and even then was cognizant of how it might be perceived professionally as I aged, which is why I put them where I did.
Good grief. Have any of you nay-sayers considered that residential property managers just might know on average more about houses than typical sales people? Or that they may be at least as savvy at sales? Or that they picked up the majority of their PM business through sales? What is the problem?
So true Daniel Bates. I also manage rental properties but that came out of a need that very few agents filled. I've done management my whole career and it fuels my main business which is listing and selling. Every investor eventually becomes a seller, most tenants become buyers. I've been in a position to do some cool things in helping people because I have my hands in several pies. It's all about knowing your marketing and serving people.
