In an effort to "raise the bar in real estate", I just put this video together on why professional photography is important when listing your home for sale. I interviewed the photographer that I use here in Charlotte. My plan is to share it with sellers to differentiate my marketing from the other agents that don't use exceptional photography. http://youtu.be/VmiQc_Z70Pc
Jane, I don't know of a measuring tape app for the iphone, but you may want to check this out: http://www.alamode.com/appraiser/davinci_ipad Its a free app that you can use on your iphone or ipad. It allows you to quickly enter measurements and draw a floorplan. It will also calculate the square footage for you!
I think once you download, the "pond5.com" should be removed. I know they put that voiceover on all the audio and video. They also put a watermark on the images. However, I think they are removed once you download.
I use Sugarsync. I have it set up to automatically back up all client files on my laptop. So, anytime I alter or add documents in my "client" folder on my laptop, Sugarsync automatically realizes it and sends a copy to the cloud! Pretty cool!
