I realize this may not truly qualify as “tech support”, but it is *critical* for people to understand

It isn't that simple. I don't need any support. Technologically speaking outgrew the need for a brokerage sometime in 2006. Why do brokerages think they need to provide technology when technology is everywhere. Cutting edge tools are on the interent and I consistently use them before the big brokerages adopt them.

I agree with you Greg Fischer I have gone a while without paying attention to a lot of the convos here. While there are some great ones I tend to stay away from negativity. I have great relationships with agents that I have gotten to know over the years. It's how I met my current broker. I'm happy as hell where I'm at and I can say I can call many agents my friends. I have my own happy hour once a month. It's casual and mostly agents that I have known most of my career (going on 14 years). I don't see anything wrong with it. We talk, we joke, we sing karaoke. It hardly has anything to do with real estate. But because we have built these relationships, there have been referrals that have happened in the group. It's because we develop trust in each other. With that, I shall end this :). Happy Monday

Happy Monday Brooke
