Totally agree with Leslie and Michael, but would add that marketing does add value in getting the listing. Once on the market, it is mostly about representation!!!!!

I'm noticing more and more less than ethical practices coming up now that the market is improving (we are still a buyer's market). It almost seems worse than before the market downturn. This is a good article. Thanks for sharing.

I've been using IDX Pro for years and have taken advantage of the app for Facebook. I can't say whether it has been effective, but it didn't cost anything on top of my service with IDX Pro that I already have.
