Each of you who are VPA's & shared your experience, thanks for taking the time - all very good info/input. I think what had me "scratching my head" initially is that so many consumers find their own sources for reviews; yelp, zillow, redfin, etc. and how vpa would fit into the mix without marketplace recognizability (I'm certain that's not a word, but you get my point). That said, there's always a first, and from the enthusiasm of the VPA's here, Michael McClure it sure looks like you're working to build that recognizable branding element with some of the best in the biz. Best of luck to all & thanks again for giving me plenty to reconsider!
Where in the SE are you, Mary? Like Kelly we're also in Atlanta - north metro buyers (and in other parts of town) searching for homes in decent condition have been competing w/other buyers for many months now, and even our aggressively-priced listings are going under contract within days...
Great conversation, was talking about this with another agent in the last few weeks. I'd love to know what chat vendors agents w/chat on their site like/prefer
I have an android tab & say also iPad- mostly because the best app development - especially for us in real estate - has been for the iPad. That said, I dig my tab and have found countless ways to make it work well for me [I'm a tinkerer, for better or worse :/ ]. For out-of-the-box functionality tho,Christine, hands-down iPad.
Got one, so handy (y) (y)
