Good morning. I am working on my achilles heel...organizing/merging/re-grouping my database/contacts. Help please! Those of you that have mastered your contact list (any of you out there?)...please please share how you are successfully grouping/labeling your contacts to make sense to you.
pretty funny.... because of my local community facebook group that I started, my township committee and mayor are finally getting on board with a better communication to the residents. They have reservations about FB or other sites that make people have profiles, for privacy reasons. Your thoughts on this? Does you town have a FB group? Twitter feed? Google Group? Google + commuities? If so, I would love to see these examples. They are asking for my suggestions. Please help! Thank you.
Have you seen NextDoor...seems like a great way to be the hub in your community neighborhood. Check it out. If you decide to start one, we both get $50 Starbucks gift card (so they say below) I run a FB group for my community, but this looks interesting.
Michael McClure, I see the big change in video. Where we all used to do either a slide show of photos, or a 360 tour to show a home...those were "cold and un-emotional". Now the house tours are more about the lifestyle and emotion evoked. There is one I just did for a seller...and asked her to be in the video sharing her personal reflections. Love to hear what you think? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSSJkZCNbSA Even if the house isn't as "grand" as this one, I love hearing what the current owners love about the house and about the town.
